Seasoned divers and underwater photographers consider the dive sites scattered throughout these islands as some of the most thrilling in the world.Diving here can be challenging with highly variable conditions,. but the reward is the varied and unique animal life to be seen. Mantas are common and Whale Sharks are frequently sighted. You can dive with playful Galapagos Sea Lions or get "up close and personal" with a Marine Iguana. Galapagos National Park authorities have mandated that for 2010 no land visits will be allowed by those on dive yacht trips. Only 16 lucky divers will be in this special group of adventurers.
